Just like the beautiful Italian antipasto that inspired it – this dish is delicious, simple, and classic. We start with our pasture-raised chicken breast from Cook’s Venture which is baked and coated in a balsamic glaze. We then serve it alongside roasted potatoes, sautéed broccolini, and fresh bruschetta mix made up of diced local MightyVine tomatoes, basil, and balsamic glaze.
