What’s better than a good, old-fashioned barbeque? The food, the friends, and the fun. Well, with this dish we’ve got the food covered! We’ve spice-rubbed and slow-roasted our pasture-raised pork from Gunthorp Farms before shredding it. Of course, it wouldn’t be barbeque without the sauce. We’ve smothered it all in our Bacon BBQ sauce. To complete the meal, we’re serving it alongside braised greens and Cajun-spiced yucca fries.

Microwave: Remove film from tray. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, then heat for 30-second intervals until hot.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove film from tray. Heat for 7-10 minutes. To ensure even heating, rotate and stir the contents of your meal halfway through the process.
