Game day’s never been healthier! Our buffalo-marinated and grilled pasture-raised chicken breast from Cook’s Venture is placed on a bed of romaine and spinach. We then julienne carrots and celery and add them to the salad along with pickled cauliflower. Lastly, we top it all with our crispy almond and flax croutons and serve it with a side of our cashew-ranch dressing.
