Gluten-free and corn-free tacos?! Yes, they exist and they’re delicious, too! These tacos start with our paleo tortillas made from a combination of almond, coconut, and cassava flours. We then pile on our pasture-raised pork shoulder from Gunthrop Farms which has been dry-rubbed in chipotle seasoning and slow-roasted until tender enough to shred. These tacos are then paired with a side of “sour cream” and our peppery pan salsa. Finally, we garnish our tacos with grilled pineapple and the perfect taco herb, cilantro.
