This classic Chinese-American dish gets a Kitchfix spin! We’ve swapped chow mein noodles for spiralized sweet potato noodles as the base of this bowl. We then mix in stir-fried bok choy, carrots, celery, bell peppers, and onions. Lastly, we top it all with our pasture-raised chicken breast from Cook’s Venture which has been grilled and tossed in our Sambal sauce before it’s all garnished with sesame seeds and green onion.
