It’s time for a fajita fiesta! This soup is made from a base of butternut squash and poblano peppers. We’ve then mixed in Mexican-spiced sliced heirloom chicken from Cook’s Venture, mixed peppers, and cremini mushrooms for a soup with some bite!
Chicken Fajita Soup
Microwave: Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, then heat for 30-second intervals until hot.
Stovetop: Pour contents of soup container into a pot. Cook on stop at medium heat. Stir, then heat for 30-second intervals until hot.
