Adored by kids and adults alike, this is the classic Chinese-American dish we all know and love now with a Whole30 twist. We start with a base of cauliflower rice which we have stir-fried with carrots, snap peas, sweet potatoes, scallions, cabbage, and scrambled pasture-raised eggs from Cedar Ridge Farms. Next, we top it all with our pasture-raised chicken breast from Cook’s Venture which we have marinated in ginger, garlic, and coconut aminos before grilling.
