This colorful dish is made from a base of gluten-free brown rice penne pasta and topped with our juicy grilled chicken breast. We then mix in some spring and summer veggies like green beans, zucchini, and asparagus plus some carrots and sun-dried tomatoes for some more fun flavors and colors. To finish, we toss it all together in our deliciously dairy-free pesto cream sauce made from cashews, kale, basil, almonds, olive oil, and nutritional yeast.
