We’ve taken this classic Japanese comfort food and made it a complete meal with the addition of healthy starch and veggies! To start, we take our pasture-raised chicken thighs from Cook’s Venture, grill them, and then glaze them with our housemade yakitori sauce. We then serve them over sweet potato “glass” noodles and sesame seeds with yummy stir-fried veggies like carrots, leeks, and zucchini.

Glass noodles are transparent noodles made entirely from sweet potato starch and water, originating in China and popular in Asian stir-fries, soups, and spring rolls.
