It’s no St. Paddy’s day without a river dyed green and a plate of Corned Beef and Cabbage! To start, our grass-fed beef brisket from Red Top Farms has been brined with mustard-caraway corning spices. We then, of course, pair this with cabbage that we’ve sauteed along with kale, onion, and thyme in garlic oil. Lastly, a side of roasted red-skinned potatoes and a side of our whole-grain Dijon sauce complete this classic meal.
