A wicker basket, a gingham blanket, and our Crispy Picnic Chicken: name a more iconic trio. We’ll wait.

We’ve taken our pasture-raised heirloom chicken from Cook’s Venture, breaded it with almonds, and baked it until it’s extra crispy. We then pair it with a redskin potato salad filled with tons of flavor from celery, red onions, scallions, and kale. The dish also comes with a side of deliciously spicy buffalo roasted cauliflower. To complete the dish, we’ve served up a side of our cashew ranch dressing which is the perfect dip for this picnic plate.
