This seafood version of our Fennel & Golden Beet salad is quite a catch! To start, this salad is made with a base of lettuce and baby spinach. We then top it with Faroe Island Salmon, crispy veggies like shaved fennel and radishes, and refreshing golden beets. We garnish it with toasted almond slices and dress it in a thyme and dill vinaigrette for a salad that can’t be beet!
