Due to a recent freeze in Arkansas affecting Cook Venture’s inventory of chicken thighs, we will be using Gerber’s Amish Farms chicken thighs, instead. These chicken thighs are non-GMO and free-range, but they are not pasture-raised.
This Middle Eastern-inspired dish has, in true middle eastern fashion, a little mix of everything! We start with our shawarma-spiced and grilled pasture-raised chicken thighs from Cook’s Venture. We then pair these with an eggplant and cauliflower rice mix, a flavorful tomato shakshuka, a simple hard-boiled egg, and spicy cashew-based tzatziki sauce.
