Why wait until Thanksgiving Dinner to enjoy a delicious stuffed entree? For this dish, we’ve stuffed our roasted bell peppers with an Italian-spiced turkey mix using our pasture-raised turkey from Ferndale Farms. We then top these in our housemade Marinara Sauce to add even more delicious flavor. Lastly, to round out the meal, we pair it all with a tri-squash salad featuring zucchini, yellow squash, and spaghetti squash.
Italian Stuffed Peppers
Microwave: Remove film from tray. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, then heat for 30-second intervals until hot.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove film from tray. Heat for 7-10 minutes. To ensure even heating, rotate and stir the contents of your meal halfway through the process.
