How did we infuse so much flavor into a dish with such simple ingredients? One word: Gochujang. This ingredient is a power-house of sweet-spicy-umami and one of the magic keys to Korean cooking. We’ve coated our Faroe Islands salmon fillet in our housemade, soy-free gochujang before grilling it to perfection. We then serve this with grilled bok choy, mushrooms, and onions plus a side of brown rice. Finally, we add another side of gochujang, because there’s no such thing as too much of a good thing.
