We’ve turned this Meghrabi meal which typically comes in sausage form into, you guessed it, meatballs! To create our meatballs, we’ve combined grass-fed ground beef from Thousand Hills and ground lamb with typical North African flavors such as harissa, cumin, and sumac. We then pair these meatballs with sauteed eggplant and stewed tomatoes. Finally, this is all served over a bed of mixed brown rice and lentils and with a side of our chili sauce.
