A classic soup with tons of comfort! We use chopped Yukon potatoes, cauliflower, onion, and celery in a flavorful chicken-based broth to make a soup that’s creamy and filling. Of course, we garnish it off with Beeler’s sugar-free bacon, scallions, almond “cheese”, and chopped cauliflower bits.
Loaded Baked Potato Soup
Microwave: Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, then heat for 30-second intervals until hot.
Stovetop: Pour contents of soup container into a pot. Cook on stop at medium heat. Stir, then heat for 30-second intervals until hot.
