This dish will definitely have you saying “cheeeese!” By that, we mean smiling, of course. For this bowl, we start with a base of brown rice penne pasta. We then add a variety of delicious vegetables: broccoli, carrots, sun-dried tomatoes, and cauliflower. We mix that all in our dreamy cashew “cheese” sauce before topping it with pulled chicken breast and sprinkling it with our almond parmesan “cheese”.
