Seafood and salads aren’t just reserved for the summertime! Here’s a perfect autumnal interpretation of both of those things. We start with a base of kale, red cabbage, and baby spinach. We then top it with all the fun fall toppings such as butternut squash, apple, dried cranberries, walnuts, and maple-glazed Faroe Islands salmon. We then serve it alongside our creamy apple cider vinaigrette which features notes of maple, mustard, and thyme.
