This green mojo is full of good mojo! Our braised pork shoulder from Gunthorp Farms is marinated in our delicious mojo verde sauce and served atop our plantain rice. We then serve it all alongside a jicama, cabbage and pineapple slaw for a dish that’s fresh and flavorful.
