This dish provides flavors as rich and deep as the culture that inspired it! We start with our meatballs which are made from grass-fed ground beef from Thousand Hills and have been seasoned with a Ras el Hanout spice mix. We then serve it over a cauliflower rice pilaf with carrots, zucchini, raisins, cinnamon, and almonds. Lastly, we top it all with saffron-onion compote which is naturally sweetened with dates.
