Pesto and Parsnip Puree? This dish is a tasty tongue twister! We take our grass-fed beef from Red Top Farms, dry rub it with our pesto herb blend, and roast it until it’s formed the perfect crust. It’s then served over a roasted parsnip puree which has been infused with fennel seeds and topped with roasted cherry tomatoes and kale.
