Fresh and festive – this salad has all the flavors we crave at this time of the year! We start with a base of fresh greens and then top it with roasted butternut squash, pasture-raised chicken breast from Cook’s Venture, and caramelized pears. We garnish it with pomegranate seeds, almonds, and orange segments. Finally, it all gets served with a side of our balsamic dressing.
