As true Midwesterners, we love ranch dressing and we know our customers do, too. For this classic salad, we start with a base of romaine, baby spinach, and red cabbage. We then pile on the toppings: grilled and cubed pasture-raised chicken breast from Cook’s Venture, Beeler’s nitrate-free & sugar-free chopped bacon, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, radishes, red bell peppers, sunflower seeds, and scallions. Of course, it all gets paired with its namesake Kitchfix dairy-free ranch dressing.
