We’re remixing one of Simon and Garfunkel’s classics. Our version is called Scarborough Fare and with lyrics like “rosemary, beef, parsley, and thyme”, it’s sure to have your tastebuds dancing! Our grass-fed beef from Red Top Farms is seasoned with rosemary and thyme before it’s slow-roasted in our housemade bone broth. To complement this flavorful protein, we’re pairing it with a garlicky butternut squash puree and roasted root vegetables such as parsnips, turnips, carrots, and celery root. Finally, we top it all in our herbed beef jus for a meal that’s juicy and herbaceous!
