This French classic has been hailed as “one of the best combinations of salad ingredients ever invented”. Our version of this salad starts with a base of mixed greens and romaine. We then top it with a Faroe Island salmon fillet hard-boiled egg, green beans, grape tomatoes, poached fingerling potatoes, and Niçoise olives. To complete the salad, we serve it with a lemon-dill vinaigrette.
