This classic Thai dish gets a grain-free twist. We’ve replaced the typical pad see ew noodle with a wide carrot “vermicelli” which has been soaked in rice vinegar for softness and flavor. We then top it with our shrimp stir-fry made of our wild-caught shrimp, broccoli, onion, red pepper, and Cedar Ridge Farm’s pastured eggs which is then all tossed in our soy-free stir-fry sauce.
