Classic yet elevated, crispy yet soft, salty yet sweet. This dish contains delicious multitudes! Our pasture-raised, grass-fed pork back ribs from Gunthorp Farms are brined and dry rubbed in a depth of spices. We then smoke them until beautifully tender and tasty. We serve these alongside classic collard greens and kale with bacon. Lastly, we add our gluten-free, corn-free sweet potato “corn” bread.
