Who doesn’t like to eat food that makes them feel like a good ol’ American Cowboy riding through a New Mexican Sunset on their trusty steed? This hearty, healthy, and wholesome chili does just that! We slow-cook our grass-fed ground beef from Red Top Farms along with pinto beans, onions, celery, and a chipotle spice mix. We then top this off with our Hatch Green Chile relish which is made from, you guessed it, hatch green chiles, tomatillos, green bell peppers, and a touch of honey. Finally, we garnish it with the perfect chili herb – cilantro.
Southwest Chili with Hatch Green Chili Relish
Microwave: Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, then heat for 30-second intervals until hot.
Stovetop: Pour contents of soup container into a pot. Cook on stop at medium heat. Stir, then heat for 30-second intervals until hot.
