A feast from the Middle East! This plate begins with our shawarma-spiced pasture-raised chicken breast from Cook’s Venture which we’ve grilled and topped with our creamy and smoky baba ganoush. This is then served with our cassava-flour pitas and a side salad featuring the classic middle eastern salad trio: tomato, cucumber, and red onion. Finally, it’s all served with a side of our sumac vinaigrette.
