All of this is then coated in our housemade pesto which is made with peas and all the other classic pesto ingredients. The peas help make this sauce extra creamy and delicious! We’ve included a side of our almond “cheese” for sprinkling on top, but the real star of the show is the pistachio garnish which adds an unexpected, nutty crunch.
Spring Pea Pesto Pasta
Microwave: Remove film from tray. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, then heat for 30-second intervals until hot.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove film from tray. Heat for 7-10 minutes. To ensure even heating, rotate and stir the contents of your meal halfway through the process.
