Steak, rice, and everything nice! Our grass-fed flank steak from Red Top Farms is marinated in ginger and garlic, grilled, and placed over a bed of fried brown rice. The fried rice is sprinkled with flavor and color from all of the delicious stir-fried vegetables we’ve thrown in such as sweet potato, carrot, scallion, and snap peas. We serve it all with a spicy-sweet Asian-inspired sauce.
