Taco Salad gets a seafood spin! Our version starts with a base of crisp romaine lettuce and cilantro which we then top with our grilled adobo shrimp and a black bean, chickpea, and piquillo pepper salad. To complete it all, we add pickled red onions, crispy tortilla strips, a lime wedge, and a side of our adobo ranch dressing.
