We’ve turned this South Asian classic into a dairy-free delight! Our wild-caught Argentinian shrimp have been marinated in a delicious coconut milk marinade infused with garam masala, garlic, and ginger. These shrimp are then grilled and served alongside a mint brown rice mixed with carrots and spinach. For even more veg, we add a side of roasted butternut squash, green beans, and red bell pepper. Finally, we add a side of our flavorful coconut chutney.
