Thai Food is praised worldwide because of its nuanced use of flavor – sweet, sour, spicy, umami, and more! That’s exactly what we sought to achieve with this dish. Our housemade red Thai curry is full of complex yet balanced flavors and features our Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp, Bok Choy, Mushrooms, Red Bell Peppers, and Spinach. We then serve it all over a bed of hearty and flavorful cilantro brown rice.
Thai Red Curry Shrimp
Microwave: Remove film from tray. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, then heat for 30-second intervals until hot.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove film from tray. Heat for 7-10 minutes. To ensure even heating, rotate and stir the contents of your meal halfway through the process.
