From the Urdu word “qorma” which means “braise”, comes this delicious South Asian dish that’s adored and enjoyed across the globe! Our version is packed with flavorful and colorful vegetables including broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, red bell peppers, snap peas, and roasted redskin potatoes. We then simmer all of those in a creamy cashew-based korma sauce. To make it paleo, we serve this stew with housemade paleo naan and cauliflower rice that’s mixed with raisins, spinach, and mint.
