Ordering & Editing Your Order
We get it – things come up, schedules change. If you need to update or cancel your order, shoot us an email at info@kitchfix.com or give us a call/text at 312-402-0221. We can issue a full refund or update your order if you let us know 48 hours before your delivery slot. If it’s later than that, we can do our best to update your order or in the case of a cancellation, issue credit.

In order to ensure that we’re delivering a quality product, all menu items are served as-is and are not customizable.
Delivery
Kitchfix orders are delivered in an insulated and sealed cardboard box. Ice packs are included to keep your meals at a safe temperature.

Tips are not required or expected. If you would like to tip your driver, you may do so in cash. If you would like us to add a tip to a credit card, simply email us at info@kitchfix.com.
Your food will arrive between 8am-5pm on the day you selected at checkout. You will receive a text message with your driver’s ETA when they’re on the way to you. You will get another text when your driver has arrived, so you know right when to be available.
We deliver to addresses throughout Chicago and the suburbs; please visit our delivery area page to see if we deliver to your zip code.
Receiving & Reheating
Yes, many of our meals can be frozen and will retain their flavor and quality. Look for the “freezer friendly” designation on your meal container to see which items hold up best.
Our entrée containers are compostable (with the exception of the thin plastic covering) and all other containers are recyclable.
The containers are microwave-safe. However, we suggest you follow our suggested reheating instructions and use your stove or oven for the most delicious results.
Our meals can be reheated on the stove, in the oven, or in the microwave. Reheating instructions vary per dish and are included below the nutritional information.
All sealed containers will stay fresh for 6 days. Salads will stay fresh for 4 days.

Gluten-free eating is, admittedly, not always fun. But, here at Kitchfix, we decided that it didn’t have to be that way!
