Make every day special enough for a dish this decadent. We start with our grass-fed hanger steak from Red Top Farms which we cook until perfectly medium-rare. To elevate this even further, our incredibly talented chefs have crafted a dairy-free blue cheese out of cashews, chickpea miso, and spirulina, that’s just as tasty and tangy as the real thing and creates a beautiful crust along the top of the steak. Since this delicious steak can’t just have any old sides, we’ve paired this with blanched asparagus coated in a bright lemon vinaigrette and twice baked potatoes topped with Beeler’s sugar-free bacon bits, served with a side of our dairy-free sour cream.
