A deliciously healthy dish handmade by our head honcho! Our pasture-raised pork from Gunthorp Farms is braised with Chinese five-spice, ginger, and garlic. This is then served atop a cauliflower rice stir-fry filled with red cabbage, broccoli, pasture-raised eggs, and our Char Siu sauce. Finally, we garnish it all with a sprinkle of scallions.
